Freshman year, six years ago, I didn't know what I wanted to do until an amazing professor introduced me to storytelling, and I fell in love with it. I've always loved writing (even if my childhood stories like "The Princess and the Diamond Lost in NY" didn't win anything...oops.), and since then I've learned how to turn my ideas into real work.

Swimming

Being a student-athlete taught me discipline, teamwork, and, most importantly, resilience. You train for hours, push through pain and setbacks, and keep going with no guarantee of results, all for a fraction of a second. Looking back, I realized swimming wasn't just a sport; it was a small taste of real life, and it shaped who I am today.
